Welcome to the NFDL Athletics and Activities!!
I’m thrilled to join the NFDL family, bringing me into a role that allows me to connect with students and families at all age levels. I consider it an honor and privilege to serve in you and this community.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from UW- Stevens Point. I then went on to obtain a Masters in Education- Professional Development from UW- La Crosse and a Masters in Business Administration- Education Leadership from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
I’ve spent 16 years in the classroom, teaching at both the elementary and middle school levels, as well as serving as an instructional coach. I have been an associate principal at Marinette Middle School and Appleton North High School. These experiences have afforded me opportunities to see the full spectrum of education, preparing me to take on the role as your Director of Activities for K-12.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with family, spoiling my 10 nieces and nephews, and watching the Brewers. I love to travel the United States and I’m working towards visiting all 50 states (only 17 more to go!).
My number one priority as your Director of Activities is to ensure a sense of belonging for each student that walks the hallways of our buildings. Being involved in activities, clubs, and activities is an important part of a child’s educational career. I look forward to partnering with you to ensure we maximize this experience for all students. Let’s fly!
